Directions for Use:
Loose Tea: Add 500ml to 2 tablespoons, boil over for 15 mins. Allow to cool and sweeten to taste.
Tea Bags: Put 1 teabag in a cup of boiling water, allow to steep for at least 3 minutes, add sweetener and drink hot or cold.
