EASY KIDNEY BEAN & CHICKPEA SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Red Kidney Beans (hydrated)
1 cup Chickpeas (hydrated)
1 small clove garlic (chopped)
1 carrot (diced)
¼ cup fresh mint (chopped)
½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt & pepper (to taste)


Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. That’s it!

GOLDEN MILK / TURMERIC LATTE
This is a delicious recipe made with the ingredients below. Turmeric contains the active compound curcumin which is activated in this recipe by the black pepper. Curcumin has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a strong antioxidant. It boosts brain function and useful in preventing Alzheimer's Disease, helps to lower your risk of heart disease, cancer, depression and arthritis.
METHOD:
Mix the ingredients except the honey together in a saucepan on medium heat whist stirring gently. As soon as it comes to a gentle boil, remove from the heat and let it cool. Add the honey to taste.

 

 

 

 

GREEN JUICE

This green juice is made with a handful of kale, a handful of lettuce, half a cucumber, half a chilli pepper, a tablespoon of Green Mix, a teaspoon of Moringa powder, the juice of one lemon and a litre of cold water.

Blend them all in together in a blender.

 

      

    

 

 

3-INGREDIENT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 1 cup Almond Milk, 3 Tablespoons Tigernut Powder and 3 Tablespoons of Fruit Fibre Mix (Pineapple, Mango and Coconut Fibre).

Method: Put everything into a blender and whiz until smooth. Breakfast done.

 

 

 

 

 

30-MINUTE STIR FRY

Ingredients: Mushrooms, Natural mixed spices, Cedarguard Forte Tea made up of Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves & Moringa, Pepper, Olive oil with garlic, Bok Choi (or any greens of your choice), Green/Yellow Peppers, Onions, Courgette.

Method: Chop it all up and stir in a wok over high heat. Done!

 

 

 

 

 

RESPECT RED BERRY SLIMMING PROTEIN SHAKE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:  300ml Almond Milk, 2 Tablespoons of Protein Shake

Method: Blend together until smooth. Drink in the morning to start your day as a replacement for breakfast. If you'd like to use if for weight loss, do 2 shakes as a meal replacement for breakfast and dinner and do a big lunch with 2 healthy snacks during the day.

 

 

 

 

CARROT, APPLE AND GINGER IMMUNITY SHOT

A great way to get your metabolism going. Juice 2 peeled carrots, one apple and one inch of peeled ginger. That's it!
