Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your purchase, please notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires using one of the following methods:
- Email: Send a withdrawal request to hello@kedarhealth.com with your order number and the subject line "Withdrawal Request".
- Contact Form: Use our Contact Us page and select "Return / Withdrawal" as the subject.
What to Include in Your Request
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
After You Submit Your Request
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will confirm receipt and provide return instructions within 2 business days. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
- Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, opened hygiene products) may be exempt from the right of withdrawal as permitted by EU law.
