These Fonio flakes are a great healthy alternative to morning cereals. They work as cornflakes but with fonio! The Fonio Shake Powder can be used in on it's own, for smoothies, baking and so much more. Just add four (4) tablespoons (50g) of the shake powder to 150ml of hot or cold water. Shake/Blend until it is smooth. Add milk if required and enjoy!
Fonio Flakes Original contains whole grain fonio, pineapple and ginger.
Fonio Flakes with Dates contains whole grain fonio with dates.
