Kedar Health and Wellness along with Balance Body & Mind bring you our Physio-Wellness Sessions. A combination of Physiotherapy, Fitness and Wellness to align and balance your body and mind.
A lot of us have injuries that have been with us for a long time and have become chronic for years. So we've combined fitness, endurance and strength training with some physio programming to help our clients become a lot more able bodied and stronger as they get older. As we grow older, our muscle density starts to depreciate so building those imbalances over the years can help tremendously.
We also make sure that your attitude and mindset towards your wellbeing is positive and help you with healthy living with your food as well as your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Mavis, our physio-fitness therapist, started Balance Body and Mind (BBM) to help shine the light on body positivity issues and to help women love themselves in the present. She has been in the health and wellness industry for over 23 years and she focuses not just on fitness but a whole lifestyle change that corrects certain cognitive issues that lies beneath all those unhealthy habits.
10 years ago, she became a licensed physiotherapist to help better her clients' overall journey and now combines physio with fitness to make it an overall balance. Her motto is that too much of everything is bad, a healthy wellbeing has to be a balance of the mind and body!
