Fruit Fibre Mix
This fruit mix has a lot of fibre (roughage). It is a delicious healthy snack that can be taken as any breakfast cereal mix or porridge for adults and children over 1 year.
It is vegan, non-dairy, sugar-free, cholesterol-free and gluten-free.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For every two (2) full tablespoons add a cup of hot water or just enough water to give you a paste or puree.
For children, you can add extra fruits, porridge and plant based milk to the FIBERLICIOUS MEAL.
If you want to have it chilled, first add hot water, allow it to cool and chill it.
